Choosing a photographer is about more than just taking pictures. The Booking Process
STEP 1. SECURE YOUR DATE
Once you’re ready to go ahead, you can either get in touch and I’ll send a secure booking form, or go straight to my online confirmation page. A £300 booking fee secures your date, and from that moment it’s officially yours.
If you’d like a quick chat before booking, I’m always happy to jump on a call no pressure, just a relaxed chance to discuss your plans and answer any questions.
STEP 2. PRE-WEDDING PLANNING
About four weeks before your wedding, I’ll send a short online form to gather all the important details: timings, locations, contact info, and any group photos you’d like.
Once the form is complete, we can have a quick call to review everything and ensure the day flows smoothly. It’s also a great opportunity to answer any last-minute questions.
STEP 3. YOUR WEDDING DAY
On the day, your only job is to enjoy it. I’ll take care of the photography. I work discreetly, blending in like a guest, capturing your day naturally and authentically. There will be a few quick posed portraits, but the focus is on real moments, emotions, and the story of your day.
STEP 4. DELIVERING YOUR PICTURES
I deliver all my wedding images via an online gallery, which allows you to download, share and print all of your photos.
I deliver the wedding images within four-six weeks.
All my images are full resolution and are not watermarked in any way.

Wedding Photography FAQs

I capture all the moments, big and small, so you’ll receive a full set of carefully edited images that tell the story of your day. Full-day weddings typically include 500–800 high-resolution images, all delivered via a secure online gallery.

Your final images are usually ready within 4–6 weeks. You’ll also receive a set of sneak-peek photos within 24 hours so you can relive some of the day immediately.

Travel is included in all collections, and I’m happy to discuss arrangements for weddings further afield.

Yes - fine art albums are available as an enhancement, starting from £350. They’re beautifully designed to showcase your favourite images. Your online gallery also allows you to download, share, and print your photos.

In the rare event of an emergency, I have a network of trusted photographers who can step in, ensuring your day is still captured in the same relaxed, documentary style.

Absolutely. Before your wedding, you’ll fill out a pre-wedding form listing must-have shots and group photos. I’ll also guide you on timings and logistics to make these as simple and stress-free as possible.

Yes, I carry public liability insurance for every wedding, giving you peace of mind on your day.

I can capture speeches on video as an enhancement. For full wedding films, I’m happy to recommend trusted videographers whose work I know and love.

Once you’re ready to book, simply complete the online booking form and pay the £300 booking fee. Your date is officially reserved, and I’ll stop marketing it to other couples.
