Recommended Suppliers & Useful Links

First of all, thank you so much for booking me to capture your wedding day! Now that your photographer is sorted, I want to make the next part of your planning a little easier by sharing a list of suppliers I think are amazing.

The people I’ve included here are ones I’ve worked with or personally experienced, and beyond their fantastic services, they’re genuinely great people to be around. For that reason, I’ve kept the list very tight.

Just a heads-up: I’m not getting anything in return for recommending these suppliers—this is purely a list of folks I think are great at what they do, and I wanted to make it easier for you to find them. But of course, I encourage you to do your own research, reach out to them, and make sure their style and approach align with your vision for your big day. Everyone’s different, and it’s important that you feel totally comfortable with the people you choose for such a special day!

Videography

This is probably the easiest for me to recommend. It means so much to have a videographer and photographer that are on the same wavelength. It doesn't get better than these two.

  • Steven Henry Weddings – Steven is my go-to guy for videography. We’ve shot weddings together from Ballymena to the back end of nowhere in Carlow, and he’s always on point. The guy’s got an incredible knack for capturing the right moments in the right way.

  • Bobby at Motion Media – Bobby is simply fantastic. He’s professional, courteous, and genuinely fun to work with. If you’re looking for a videographer who brings great energy while delivering stunning films, Bobby’s your man.

Hair & Makeup Artists

  • Adelle Henry (Hair) – Adelle is a complete pro and teaches hairdressing too, so you know she’s got serious skills. She’s the kind of person you’ll be happy to have around you on your wedding morning—calm, collected, and super talented.

  • Rachael Donnelly (Makeup) – Rachael is a true makeup artist superstar. Her work speaks for itself—just check out her socials! She’ll have you looking flawless for your big day.

Florists

Flowers are such an important part of your wedding day, and these florists know how to bring your vision to life with stunning arrangements and thoughtful designs.

Cake & Food

You can’t go wrong with these two:

  • Cakes by Grace – There’s really no one better than Grace when it comes to wedding cakes. Not only are her cakes absolutely delicious, but she’s another gem of a person too!

  • Brooke Avenue (Ice Cream) – For something a little different, an ice-cream truck is always a winner at weddings.

Entertainment

Whether you’re after a lively band or a DJ to keep the party going, or something unique like a magician or fireworks to top off the night, here are the best in the business.

  • DJ Magiggs - Magiggs is really unique, and offers a service including MC for your entrance and speeches, post dinner entertainment through to DJ for your party. Its a hard one to sum um, but he really knows how to keep the energy up the whole evening - Look up his Instagram to get a flavour.

  • Pure Blarney (Band) – If you want to get the party going, Pure Blarney is your band. They’re always a hit, and they’ll keep your guests dancing all night.

  • Hype (Band) – Another fantastic band with serious energy. Hype knows how to get the crowd involved and make sure your wedding reception is unforgettable.

  • Caolan McBride (Magician) – Caolan is one of the most mind-blowing magicians I’ve ever seen. His tricks are amazing, and he brings a unique energy to your day. Trust me, you’ll want him there to entertain your guests!

  • Singers Secreto – A brilliant option to add a bit of extra sparkle to the vibe, especially if you want to lift the atmosphere from dinner to dancing.

  • NI Fireworks – Want to end the night with a bang? NI Fireworks will give you a jaw-dropping display that’s the perfect way to cap off your wedding celebration.
